With voting underway, now seems a good time to give you a few reasons to vote for me.

A vote for me is a vote for the tradies, apprentices and labourers who quite literally built this city.

With an out of date district plan, unworkable rules and regulations, and inexperienced staff, council makes our lives far more difficult than it needs to be, slowing down growth and development in our city.

I’ll be a voice of reason and insight for our construction sector, ensuring the by-laws, codes of practice, and district plan our council set are working for the sector, not against it.

A vote for me is a vote for those of us who live on the wrong side of the tracks.
From Tweed Street to Bluff, we have the worst infrastructure, worst housing, and worst crime rates, even though we contribute the most to our city.

I’ll be a voice to ensure we don’t get ignored anymore.

A vote for me is a vote for the young families that call Invercargill home, those who have always been here, or, like my family when I was a child, moved here because it’s a great place to raise children and our future generations.

I’ll be a voice that ensures the future of our young people is at the forefront of decision making, that Invercargill remains the safe, affordable, incredible place perfect for raising a family.

So go and VOTE, you have until August 4th.
