Sadly passed on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Jenny. Cherished and respected father and father-in-law of Janet and Gary Evans (Lower Hutt), Antony (Tony) and Pia, Graeme and Mel, Louise Lemin Pratt and James Pratt (Aotea, Wellington). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Noeline and the late Brian Carter. A loved Grandad to all his grand children. Trish passed away peacefully in the care of Perriam Wing, Clare House, Invercargill, on Sunday 8 October 2023. In her 70th year. Loved wife of Ken for 50 years. Much loved Mum of Brendon and Carolyn (Blenheim) and Paula and Craig Anderson (Orawia) and the late Jason. Devoted Nan of Ben and Hayden; Jake and Libby. Much loved daughter of Allan* and Marley Spence. Sister and sister-in-law of Keith and Dianne Spence, Irene and Trevor Hansen, Bruce Spence and Paula. Much loved daughter-in-law of William* and Catherine* McWilliam. Sister-in-law of Sylvia and Jim* McKee, Stanley* and Faye McWilliam, Iris and Colin* Marshall, John* and Jean* McWilliam, David and Kristine McWilliam. Much treasured friend of Erin. Loved family member and friend to many. A service to celebrate Trish’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr. Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 11 am, on Saturday 14 October. Loved husband of the late Lorraine Smith (nee Harvey), loved father and father-in-law of Jackie and Hoeta, Anthony and Penelope, Tracy and Brian. A loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Loved brother and brother-in-law to Greta and Jeffrey Buckingham, Jimmy* and Beverley Smith, Alice and Lindsay McKenzie, Nancy and Brian Dermody, Jean* and Graeme Gimblett, Glenice and BrianAgnew, Dorothy and Antonio Direnzo, Milton and Joy Smith, Pam Kohnke, Marion and Kelvin Hawkes. Brother-in-law to Brett and Maureen Harvey, Harry and Judith, Raymond and Sue , Stewart and June, Graham and Wendy, Lindsay, Coral and Arnold Crosbie, Jan* and Wallace Durham.
