JB Hi-Fi Delays Invercargill Store Opening to Mid-January Due to Construction Setbacks

In a recent update, JB Hi-Fi’s Marketing & Ecommerce Manager for New Zealand, Jon Kirman, informed whatsoninvers.nz about a change in the opening schedule of their Invercargill store.

Initially slated for an early December launch, the store’s debut has now been postponed to mid-January owing to construction delays.

This development comes after whatsoninvers.nz first unveiled JB Hi-Fi’s plans back in September. The announcement highlighted the company’s recruitment drive in the south as they prepared to set up shop in Invercargill Central.

Jon Kirman expressed optimism for the store’s impact on the local retail landscape, noting that as the last tenant on the ground floor of Invercargill Central, JB Hi-Fi is poised to invigorate the new shopping center’s ambiance.
