Another Invercargill Lotto player is celebrating a lucky win, after pocketing $45,083 from Saturday night’s Second Division draw. The win adds to a string of recent Lotto successes in the region.

In total, six players across the country matched the winning numbers to claim the Second Division prize on Saturday. Each of them walked away with the same cash amount.

The luck didn’t stop there. In the midweek live Lotto draw, nine players each took home $26,887, also through the Second Division.

Adding to the excitement, one of these nine also struck it lucky with Powerball Second Division, boosting their total winnings to $43,167. That winning Powerball ticket was sold at New World Gardens in Dunedin.
