Passed away peacefully on September 16, 2019, at Rosebank Rest Home, Ashburton, surrounded by family. Aged 97 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Fred. Daughter of the late Susannah and William Thomson. Loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Gaylyn (Lawrence), Di and Alan Risk (Timaru), and Tony and Margaret (Woodlands). Treasured Nan of Melanie and Simon, and Symon and Simone; Julie-Ann and David, Fiona and Peter, Anna, and William and Helen; Craig and Alex, and Hayden and Anna. JENKS, Ella Margaret (Margaret) (nee Harris).
Of Tahakopa. Margaret passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019. Much loved wife of Les, loved and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Allison and Paul Booth (Dunedin), Sandra and Tony Grant (Tahakopa), Pam and Brent Silby (Christchurch), proud Grandmum of Carolena and Rita; Valerie, Lauren and Natalie; Olivia and William. MACNEE, Stephen Mark (Millie).
(of Waihola). Tragically taken, as the result of an accident on September 17, 2019, at Outram; aged 57 years. Dearly loved and cherished only son of Ray and the late Shirley Macnee, treasured brother and brother-in-law of Wendy and Stewart Copeland (Kaitangata), Jennifer*, Susan*, a loved uncle to Sarah-Jane and Tash and a loved and respected nephew, cousin and friend to many. A service to farewell Stephen will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 1.30pm in our Chapel, 12 James Street, Balclutha, then leaving for the Fairfax Cemetery, Milton. Passed away peacefully at Albany House Rest Home, Gore, on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, aged 99 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Alec, loved mother and mother-in-law of Lynn and *Bruce Callaghan (Picton), *Diane Maxwell (Te Anau), Chris and Marg (Picton), Judith and Gary Shields (Dunedin), Robert and Annette (Dunedin), and a loved Nan to all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate Dorothy’s life will be held in St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Ardwick Street, Gore, on Tuesday, September 24, at 1.30pm. Adored daughter of the late Jean and Errol Woodward. Dearly loved and cherished wife of the late Russell John Ross for 54 years.
