Surrounded by his loving family, peacefully at Hospice Southland, on Saturday 30th April, Peter lost his courageous fight. Treasured soulmate and best friend of Elaine. Dearly loved son of Barbara and the late Wilson Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Joanne and Noel Wilson, Brian and Maxine Carnie, Warren and Katherine Kingdon, Rex Kingdon and Nola Calvert, Raeleen, and Bob Allison. A very much-loved uncle of his nieces. A very cherished nephew, cousin, and awesome friend to many. A service to celebrate Peter’s life will be held on Tuesday 3rd of May, at Ascot Park Hotel, Invercargill, commencing at 2 pm and followed by a private cremation. Passed away peacefully at South Canterbury Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, on 29 April 2022; aged 66. Much loved husband of Kirsty for nearly 40 years. Much loved father and father in law of Tanya and Chris, Kimberley and Peter. Treasured grandad of Michelle (deceased), Evabella, and Emily. Loved son of Sylvia, and Colin (Deceased). Loved brother and brother in law and loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
