Loved and treasured grandfather of Mark*, Tamsyn, Michaela, Lana, Jak, James, Sean, and Ruby. Loved grandfather in-law of Glen, and Pūnua. Loved great grandfather of Anja, and Isla. Loved son of the late James and Harriet Burke. Loved brother and brother in-law of Marie*, Stevenand Joan, Vern, Bart and Chrissy, Phillip* and Judith*, Gilbert* and Vera, Rene* and Evan, and loved uncle. Special thanks to the staff at Clare House for their wonderful care of Jim, Alma and family. 1/8/1931 - 3/3/25. Passed away at Peacehaven. Dearly loved husband of the late Beatrice. A very much loved and respected father and father-in-law of Bev* and Bruce, Phyll and Tony, Jill and Bruce, Greg and Rita. Dearly loved grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jack* and Netta*; Billie and Miriam*, Owen, Christopher and Maureen. JACK, Reverend David Page:
Passed away peacefully at home in Invercargill, on Saturday 1st March 2025, aged 83 years. Devoted husband to Jacque, loving father (and father-in-law) to Paul and Paula, Maree and Jamie, and Liane. Much loved “Day” to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private service was held at Southland Crematorium on Tuesday 4th March 2025. With special thanks to Southland Hospital Chaplain, Abbe, and J Fraser & Sons, alongside all the wonderful caring staff at Rowena Jackson and Southland Hospice.

It is with deep love and sadness we announce the passing of our dad in the loving care of Bupa Windsor Park Care Home, Gore on March 3, 2025; aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Elizabeth. Much loved and deeply missed by his children and their partners, Darryl and Ester (Dannevirke), Suzette (Brisbane), Paula and the late Peter (Gore), Kerri and Ian (Manapouri), Aaron and Cindy (Popanyinning, Au), Darlene and Shane (Brisbane), Rohan and Carol (Alexandra), he was a wonderful grandad of his grandchildren and great grandchildren and all his nieces and nephews. A private burial will be held. Family and friends are invited to honour William’s life at the Gore RSA Function Room, 12 Bowler Ave, at 2.30pm on Wednesday March 12. Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday 4th March 2025, aged 78 years. Loved and beautifully cared for by her husband, Allan. Mum to Graeme and Nikki, mother-in-law to Dave.
