Suddenly passed away on Saturday 24th June 2023, aged 22 years. Adored son of Andy Mahon and loved stepson of Kim, and precious son of the late Rebecca Black. Best mate of Bassy Mahon and cherished big brother of Lilly Kingipotiki. Dearly loved grandson of Janice and Paul. Loved uncle of Cooper. Cheeky nephew of Victor and Donald Christie, and Geoff and Chris Mahon. A service for Caleb will be held on Monday 3rd July 2023, 10.30am in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. A private interment at Charlton Park Cemetery will follow. Colin passed away at Southland Hospital with his loving family by his side on Sunday, 25 th June 2023, aged 86 years. Loved husband of Valerie (Val) and loved father and father-in-law of Stewart & Mandy, and Barbara & Andrew Langley (Christchurch). A loved Grandad of Hannah, Cameron, Mitchell, Austin, Daniel, and Meagan. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Mavis* & Mervyn* Stevens, Gladys & Brian* Wohlers, Alan* & Isobel* Saunders and brother-in-law of Mary* and Stewart* Webb & Laurence* Jackson, and Stan* & Dot Bulling. Loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Colin’s life will be held in The Salvation Army, 29 Victoria Avenue on Thursday, 29th June at 1:00pm.
