Peacefully, at Ribbonwood Country Home on Friday, November 24, 2023, in her 103rd year. After a short illness, Alan passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Gail for 51 years. Loved and cherished father and father-in-law of Lance and Belinda (USA), and Natalie and Daniel Rosel. Treasured and adored Poppy of Vanessa, Faith, Mya, Stephanie and Phoenix, and great Poppy to Eli, Arlo, TeAria and Naveah. Alan was a loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. WEEDON, Harry:
Peacefully at Kew Hospital on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. Dearly loved husband of Edna, loved father of Geraldine and Raymond, and loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Our gratitude and thanks go to medical and nursing personnel in both Dunedin and Kew Hospitals for their care and compassion during Harry’s illness. Neil’s family wish to express their appreciation to everyone who showed their love and support during his short illness and death. It was so good to see so many people who have been part of our lives in many ways. We were sorry that we didn’t get a chance to speak to you all. Thank you to our friend Ruth Spain and Rachel Oxley who supported us during Neil’s last days at Kew Hospital and Hospice Southland.
