Born Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane. Suddenly at Repertory House on Tuesday, 14th May 2024, aged 73 years. Beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, and nana. Ken, Rebecca, Nathan, Erin and Dave Bradley and Nana of Kathleen, Lori, Gordon, Emily, Piper, Owen, and Eli. Loved sister of Barbara*, Steve, Chris, Timmothy, Joseph, and Clement (all in Australia) and sister-in-law of Dave and Mary Adams (Roxburgh), Janet and Colin Verry (Clyde), Suzanne and Steve Muir, and Gerrard and Wendy Adams (Te Wae Wae). A loved aunt of all her nieces and nephews in New Zealand and Australia. BERGMANS, Mary Patricia (Pat) (nee Cournane):
Passed away at the Southland Hospice on Thursday 16 May 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Gerry. Much loved mum and mum-in-law of Chris, Martin and Jane, Derek and Liz, Suzanne and Shane and Tony. An adored Oma of Felisha, Johanna, Cody, Paris and Brooklyn; and Jason, Daniel, Georgia and Taylor. Loved Oma to her 12 great-grandchildren. Devoted sister of Lois, Bernice, Dorothy, Frank and Diane and loved aunty to her many nieces and nephews. A funeral service to honour and celebrate Pat’s life will be held at J Fraser & Sons Chapel, Cnr Esk and Doon Streets Invercargill on Wednesday 22 May at 1.00pm, followed by an interment at Eastern Cemetery. Peacefully on May 8, 2024, at Chatswood Retirement Village, Christchurch. Dearly loved wife of the late Hugh, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Ross and Liz (Wanaka), Neil and Carol (Hawkes Bay), Andrew and Diane (Waikaka), Don and Sue (Christchurch), cherished and respected Grandma of her 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Alice passed away peacefully in the care of staff at Clare House on Saturday 11th May 2024, aged 94. Dearly loved wife of the late Brian. Loved mother of Gary and Helen, Jocelyn and Russell Dore. Much loved grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother of all her grandchildren. Special heartfelt thanks to all the past and present staff at Clare House for their wonderful care of Alice over the years. As per Alice’s wishes a private family service and cremation has been held.
