It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Graeme at Vickery Court Invercargill on Friday 23 August 2024 after a long illness; aged 85 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Kathy for 63 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Allan and Grace (Te Anau), Carolyn and Marc O’Kane (Mossburn), Lisa and Tony Paterson (Lumsden). Loved Pop of Brett, Kelly, Brody, and Rachel; Jenna, Wade, Jared, and Abby; Matt, Taylor, and Meg, loved old Pop of his 18 Great Grandchildren. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Colin and Valerie, Ngaire and Rex, Janette and Gary, loved brother-in-law of Doug and Audrey, Colin* and Lyn, Margaret and Jim, Joan and Neville, and Dorothy and Brian, loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A service for Graeme will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Wednesday 28 August at 2.00pm, interment to follow at the Eastern cemetery. GRANT, Hewa John (Herbie):
Passed away peacefully surrounded by whanau, at Southland Hospital, on Saturday 24 August 2024. Aged 85 years. Loved husband of the late Iona Grant. Loved Koro of Maaria, Shali, Ricci and Cindy, and Sean. Treasured by his mokopuna, Damian, Jacob, Jazmin, Milè, Asta, Mitchell, Gina, and his great mokopuna. Loved brother of the Grant whanau. Respected uncle of all his neices and nephews.

Peacefully on August 22, 2024, at Ripponburn Home. Loved husband of the late Raylene. Dad of Vivienne (dec), Shona and Kerry (Southbridge), Lyall and Toni (Luggate). Our spirited and wise mother, sadly passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, not long after her 90th birthday. Adored wife of the late Donald. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Jane and Martin Hall, and Lesley (Anne) Robertson and Allan McLaren. Treasured granny of Catherine Hall and Campbell Nutt, and Nicola and Liam Harold.
