Passed away at Rowena Jackson on Wednesday, December 6 2023 aged 80 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Florence. Much loved father, father-in-law and grandad of Fiona and Roy Sloan, Murray and Terina, Mandy and Whatihoro, Simon and Kelly, and his many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Loved and respected son, brother, brother-in-law and uncle, to the Gilbert and Frazer families. A service to celebrate Noel’s life will be held at the Brown’s Pavilion, on Saturday, December 9th commencing at 1 pm, followed by a private family interment. MILLAN, Desaray Dawn (Dee):
Darling Dee died on Monday morning, 4th December at her home with Cheyanne beside her. We are truly devastated. Dee was a deeply loved and cherished daughter of Johanna Paish and the late Lionel Millan and a precious mother to Cheyanne Richards. Dee was a loved sister of Shane and Mahay, Rowena and Tare and the late Shane John Charles (1st*). Dee was a cherished Aunty of Cody, Jesse, Mykah and Hunter Millan, Alice Ashwell, Lilly and Alex Carline and a loved niece of Annette, Leanne and Chris, Nick and Lorraine and Debbie. Dee was a beloved cousin and a friend to many. We welcome you to join us to celebrate Dee’s life on Monday 11 December at 2pm at the Southland Crematorium, Rockdale Road, Invercargill and invite you to write a message or draw on Dee’s coffin before or during the service. MORTON, Marie (nee Finn):
Unexpectedly, after a brief illness with her family by her side Tuesday 5th December 2023, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Jock and treasured mum, mother-in-law, and “Granny” of Virginia (Ginny) and Phil Botting, the late Win Murray; Graham and Sherilyn, Grayson, Taylor, and Brydie. A loved sister, sister-in-law and aunty of Barrie and Nola Finn and family, and the Morton families. A service to celebrate the life of this fun loving, vivacious, big hearted social butterfly will be on Saturday 9th at 1.30pm in the Invercargill Christian Centre, Leet St., Invercargill. A service to celebrate Lillian’s life will be held in the Mataura Presbyterian Church, Kana Street, on Monday December 11, at 1.30 pm followed by private cremation.
