of Invercargill. Passed away suddenly at Calvary Hospital on Tuesday 11 February 2025, aged 65 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Candace and Darcy, Taryn and Rex. Adored Nan of Terra-Lee, Tyler, and Conor. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Barry and Deidre, the late Carol, Robert and Marilyn. Loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews. A service of farewell will be held in the Southland Crematorium Chapel, Rockdale Road, Invercargill on Monday 17 February at 11am. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Calvary Rest Home for their love, care, and support during her time with them. Passed away peacefully on 8 January,2025 at Hastings Hospital. Dearly loved father and father-in- law of Craig, Dione and Nick, and Bruce, loved grandfather of Caleb, Jessica, Paige, Naomi, Taine, Devlin, Kayden, and Carter, and a loved great grandfather. Much loved son of Doug* and Winifred* Richardson, loved brother of Tom and Loretta, Rex* and Lenore, Sue and Martin*, Robert, Tony, Chris and Carol, Sonja and Tony, a loved uncle and a dearly loved special friend of Jill. A graveside service will be held to inter Neil’s ashes at the Charlton Park Cemetery, Gore at 1pm on Sunday 16 February. (*denotes deceased)

It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of Gus, on Tuesday 11 February 2025, surrounded by his family; aged 88 years. Loved husband of Merlie, cherished dad of Lenmar, and Lyn. Loved son of the late Charles and Catherine Sycamore.

A year ago today we lost such a wonderful man from our lives, the man who filled our hearts. A year ago today we had to say goodbye. They say time heals but it really doesn’t. We have had so much to tell him but sadly we can’t. We want to thank everybody for all the support over the past year. It’s been a roller coaster of a ride but with all the support we have managed. We miss him more than anything in the world. Hope you’re resting easy and watching over us Dad.
