This letter is to inform you that starting next Tuesday 2 June, and lasting for 1 to 2 weeks (weather dependant), there will be traffic management in place at the roundabout at the Leven St/The Crescent intersection, and along the east-bound lane of the Crescent between Leven St and Dee St (please refer to the map below).

This is so that we can carry out investigation works to assess ground conditions, locate underground services, and identify any health and safety risks. These activities are also required to help refine the final design for upcoming construction works, scheduled for starting within the next 4 months.

During this time:

Certain car parks along the north side of the Crescent will be unavailable as the testing progresses.

Some areas may be temporarily cordoned off for safety.

Where possible, access will be maintained for residents and local businesses, however the works team will coordinate with you if your business entry will be temporarily affected.

Water, wastewater and stormwater services will remain operational throughout the duration of the investigation works.

We understand these works may cause some inconvenience, and we are committed to working closely with residents and business owners to ensure the process runs smoothly. Your cooperation and feedback are highly valued as we deliver this essential infrastructure upgrade.

Our team will maintain open communication throughout the project and provide timely updates on progress and upcoming stages. We encourage you to contact us if you have any specific needs, concerns, or would like to discuss access arrangements for your property or business.
