Drivers will gather their trucks at the New Zealand Woolhandler yard (previously Avenal Wool Store) on Fox Street, Invercargill, from 8am this Sunday. The public is welcome to attend and inspect the trucks around the Fox Street-Bill Richardson Drive area. Onsite facilities, including food and toilets, will be available.

The truck parade will kick off at 1pm, taking about an hour to complete the route and organisers are hoping for dry weather. The parade route will go down Bond Street and along Tweed Street, giving spectators a chance to enjoy the impressive trucks, finishing at the intersection of Regent and Tweed Streets.

Later in the evening, a prizegiving will be held at Newfield Tavern, also known as Big Willy’s Sports Bar and Grill, from 5pm.
