The Southland Sharks face the Nelson Giants tonight (April 22) in Invercargill, beginning a run of four home games, during this year’s National Basketball League.

The match up of the game is between forwards and former New Zealand Breakers team-mates, Finn Delany (Giants) and Reuben Te Rangi (Sharks).

The two teams met in the opening game of the season which was the Giants biggest loss of the year, losing 96-58.

But in the last meeting the Giants nearly upset the Sharks in overtime 100-94.

Tip-off for tonight’s game, at the ILT Stadium Southland is scheduled for 7pm.
