Other Southland District Rugby League News :
There was no games played on Sunday June 21st , due to the inclement weather and ground conditions .
Semi Finals will be played on : Sunday June 28th and Sunday July 5th . It is planned to have these games at Rugby Park. The grand final of the SDRL 2015 Competition will be played at Rugby Park on Sunday 12th July .
The Rams (Southlands Provincial team) will be commencing their season very shortly after the district competition has finished . They will be play a series of games –some at home and some away at varied South Island localities.
The Lonestar Cowboys are also playing in the Otago District competition in addition to the Southland District competition , they are playing a Dunedin team in a home game on Saturday July 4th at The Blues grounds.
