Invercargill are advising of the following over night roadworks Wednesday and Thursday.

Contractors will be carrying out footpath and access-way repairs tonight and Thursday, between 6pm and 6am.

The following road closures and restrictions will be in place:

Herbert Street (Dee Street entrance): Herbert Street will be closed to traffic between Dee Street and Russell Street.

Corner of Bay Road and North Road: The left-turn lane from Bay Road onto North Road will be closed.

Tweed Street Overbridge: Tweed Street will be closed between SH1 Clyde Street and Bond Street.

Council are carrying out these repairs overnight to minimise daytime disruption. Please follow temporary traffic management and allow extra time if travelling through these areas.
