Rain causing a soaked track has lead to the decision by organisers of Friday’s Vertex Super Cup meeting at Riverside Speedway to be rescheduled to today.

Speedway promotions officer Dean Miller said:

  • the track was “too wet” to race on
  • we’ll grade the track in the morning and prepare it for racing [on Saturday]

Programme Update:

  • Friday’s programme featuring the opening round of the Vertex Super Cup will now be held on Saturday.
  • Gates open 1pm
  • Action starts 4pm
  • Fireworks display in the infield, after the last race.
  • Pricing:
    • Adults $20
    • Under 15’s
    •  Under 5’s free
    • Seniors $7
