The popular Rangatahi Zone festival is returning for its third year, offering Southland youth aged 10-18 a unique chance to explore, create, and connect. This free two-day event will take place on October 7th and 8th across several venues in Bluff. Organisers are promising a bigger and better festival, filled with diverse activities designed to inspire and empower young people.

To ensure easy access for all, free buses will run from Winton, Gore, and Invercargill. Those interested in attending are encouraged to secure their spots early, as space is limited.

The event, presented by Tuurama Trust with the help of over 80 local organisations and 120 volunteers, aims to provide a safe and engaging environment for young people. The festival’s funders include Te Rourou Aotearoa Foundation One NZ, South Port, Community Trust South, and several other local groups, ensuring that all activities remain free for participants.
