Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $38 million, making it the second-largest to $44Million in November 2016
“There has been a lot of excitement in Lotto stores around the country as the jackpot’s grown over the past few weeks – and now there’s $38 million up for grabs with Powerball on Wednesday,” said Kirsten Robinson, Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Lotto NZ.
“If a single player is lucky enough to win Powerball First Division on Wednesday night, it will be the second-largest prize ever won in New Zealand.”
Meanwhile, six lucky Lotto players have each won $166,667 with Lotto First Division in tonight’s live Lotto draw.

Meanwhile, the Strike Must Be Won jackpot of $1 million was not won by a single ticket and therefore rolled down to Strike Three. The prize was shared by 189 players, who each take home $5,932. The winning stores and locations will be available on MyLotto on Monday.
