Nobby Clark Releases His List Of Candidates

This afternoon Invercargill City Council mayoral candidate, Nobby Clark released the list of candidates who will run under the ‘Let’s go Invercargill’ ticket’. A few more names are expected next week.

In short media release Clark said, attached for your reference is the list of candidates Allan Arnold and I have put together to:

• increase the availability of new candidates for Council – something govt, LGNZ and ICC have been promoting
• enhance the governance skills on council
• give our community some new candidate options
• to ensure a new museum can be built within the next 3 years (as opposed to the 5-6 years in council plans).

Those standing under the ‘Let’s go Invercargill’ ticket’.
