Mal’s Music Memory – Another Kiwi Classic For NZ Music Month

Hi there team.

We go back to the 80’s for this week’s gem from Herbs

The band had been around for several years doing good things then the late Charlie Tumahi returned from a long career in the UK to take up the bass and lead vocal duties.

In so doing he took Herbs to a new level which spawned songs like Listen and this one, Sensitive To A Smile. Brilliant song.

Sadly Charlie left us a few years ago and two other members Thomas Nepia and Carl Perkins passed away this year. Carl Perkins died after a battle with cancer last week.

Herbs , another great Kiwi band that should’ve conquered the world.

Enjoy Sensitive To A Smile compliments of Little Fire Music Works on Dee St.
