The man killed in Thursday night's motorcycle crash on Clyde Street has been named as Whetu Taylor, 41, of Invercargill. RIP. Related: Fatal Clyde Street Crash Closes Highway

Police released his name Tuesday. Detective Inspector Stu Harvey said enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing on behalf of the Coroner.

Police extended their thoughts and sympathies to Taylor's family and loved ones.
