PHILLIPS, John Raymond (Flipper):
Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 17 February 2026, in his 84th year. Much loved dad of Justine and Heath King, Harry (Daryl) and Aroha Phillips. Loved grandad of Danielle, Brandon, Patrick and Mel, Shakia, Anare and Whitney, Hori and Atea, Toni and Josh. Cherished Slipper of Ayla and Shiloh. Adored brother of June*, Dorothey and Keith*, and Eleanor*, brother-in- law of George* and Sue*, Peter and Wendy, Bill and Sharyn Jefferies, a much loved uncle, lifelong friend of Muff (Barbara*). A service to celebrate Flipper’s life will be held in the Southland Crematorium Chapel, Rockdale Road, Invercargill, on Friday 20 February at 2.30pm. Messages to 4 Cushen Street, Invercargill 9810.
