CAPIL, Hannah Marie:
Peacefully at home after her 16-year battle with a very rare condition. Cherished daughter of Alastair and Lisa, an adored sister and sister-in-law of Cameron, and Emma and Sabin. Cherished granddaughter of Wendy and David and a loved niece of Sheryl and Andrew, Glen and Meegan, and Keri and Anthony. A loved cousin of Nicole, Adele, Hayley, and Lillian. Hannah is now with family and friends who have gone before, Nana J, Grandad Bruce, Nana, Poppa, Steph, and Ruby.

No flowers by request. Hannah’s family would like to thank the staff of Hospice Southland for their wonderful care of Hannah for the last two years. A service to celebrate Hannah’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Tuesday, 24th February at 1:30pm. LYALL, Robert (Bob):
On February 15, 2026. It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Bob, eldest son of Shirley and Bert Lyall. Dearly loved wife of Wendy and loved brother and brother-in-law of Trevor and Marg , John (Deceased) and Joan, Christine, and Scratch Anderson. Loved Uncle Bob of Nathan, Tracy, and Brock, Shelley, Roger and Payton, Lyall and Debs.

RADKA, Lorraine Hazel:
After a courageous battle in ICU, Mum lost her fight and passed on Friday, 13th February 2026. Loved wife of Alan, dearly loved mother of Tania, and Jason, loved mother-in-law of Leanne. Cherished Nana of Joshua, Howie, Ashleigh*, Jacob, Brittney, Max, Tyquin, and Lennox. Much loved sister, sister-in-law and auntie. Lorraine had a private graveside funeral on the 18th February as per her wishes. Thank you to all those who attended and for all the kind messages and support.

Janice would like to sincerely thank everyone at the sad time of Andrew’s passing for their kind messages, cards, plants, emails, text messages and phone calls. Also, to the beautiful lady who went out of her way to stop me in a shop, thank you. I would like to say to all those who attended the service, Andrew would have been so wrapt. Thank you, Tee from Avenal Park Funeral Home, for your guidance and advice you gave me to make Andrew’s wishes come together, you were just awesome, thanks. To Lynley McKerrow, you were just magnificent, thank you for the lovely service. Please accept this as my personal sincere thanks.

Glenice and family wish to thank everyone for their love and support following the sad passing of John. Thank you for the lovely messages, cards, flowers, food, and donations to Hearing Southland. To those who have stayed with Glenice and provided her ongoing support and care, it is truly appreciated. Thank you to the Southland Hospital, Medical Ward for their kindness and compassion shown to John and support to the family. To the many Clubs, Groups, and Committees John was associated with – thank you for attending John’s farewell and for your support. Thank you, Lynley McKerrow, for leading John’s farewell service, we are very grateful for your care and comforting words, capturing John’s journey through life beautifully. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgment of thanks to you all.
