Avis was the loved only daughter of the late George and Jean Evans and sister and sister-in-law of the late Bill, the late Dick and Margaret, Joe and Janice, Ronald and Diane, and loved Aunty to her nieces and nephews. Avis's family would like to sincerely thank all of those who attended Avis's family service on 20th April 2026. A special thankyou to Avis's youngest brother, Ronald for officiating at her service. It was a lovely personal tribute to Avis. A very big thankyou to Brynleigh for her contribution to her great-great-grandmother by singing her favourite Nursery rhyme to her. Thankyou to all who sent cards with beautiful messages, flowers, and food to the family. Avis would have been humbled by these kind gestures. Avis is finally re-united with her beloved Syd the love of her life.
