Peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Ngaire, father and father-in-law of Ken and Robyn, Barrie and Nikki, Alister and Rachelle. Loved Grandad of Philip, Haydn, Robert and Lyndal; Casey, Abbey and Jessica; Emma and Toby, and their partners, and adored great-Grandad of his 17 great-grandchildren. Surrounded by her loving family at Southland Hospital on Monday, June 6, 2022; age 59 years. Much loved wife of Trevor. Loved mother of Kieran, Hanna and Eliza. Loved Grandma to her beautiful grandchildren Kayla, Olivia, Travis, Skyla, Charlotte, Tate, Ava-rose, and Nga-Rangi. CHINPOY, Carol Ethel (Gar):
It is with the deepest sadness our beautiful mum passed away on Sunday 5th June 2022, aged 78 years. Adored, treasured, mentor and most loved mum of Allan (Napier), Rachael and Keith Crothers (Invercargill), Tarewa and Hannah Williams (Auckland). Deeply loved and cherished Gar of Laken and Daniel; Olivea and Milly; Zack; Aronui; Mayson and Breeze. Loved daughter of the late Bert and Stella Peart, and loved sister of the late Joanne Grennell. Much loved Aunt of all her nieces and nephews. A dearly loved friend to many. DUNCAN, Richard Andrew (Podge):
Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Timaru Hospital on Friday 3 June 2022; aged 57 years. Much loved husband and soulmate of Debbie, loved father and father-in-law of Renee, Selena and Jason, and Braun, loved Grumps to his beautiful grandchildren Carter, Kaylee, Jayden, Harley and Indie. Cherished son of Pam and Alister, loved brother and brother-in-law of Craig and Leanne, and Maylene and Greg. Loved son-in-law of Bill and Judith Henderson, loved brother-in-law of Jan, Bev and Craig, a loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. “Richard wore his heart on his sleeve and would do anything for anyone. In his 78th year. Passed away after a very short illness on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at home (Waikaia) in the care of Kerry and Leigh. Loved husband of Viv. Devoted loving dad of Kerry, Vicki*, Leigh and Chris. Respected father-in-law of Rex And Craig. Adored Grandad Billy Bob of Mackenzi, Brooklyn and Jordan, Mya and Seth.
