A service to celebrate Isobel’s life will be held in the Lindisfarne Church, cnr Lindisfarne & Millar streets, Invercargill on Friday 10th August at 2pm followed by a private Interment. A requiem Mass for Tinny will be held in the Nightcaps Catholic Church, Digger Road, Nightcaps on Thursday 9th August 2018 at 1pm followed by an interment at the Wairio Cemetery.

WARD Barry John. Suddenly at home on 4 August 2018, aged 52. Much loved husband of Tina and wonderful father of Stephen, Sarah, Kirstie, and Jenna. Son of Nolan and the late Margaret Ward. Brother and brother in law of Janine and Ewan, Daeleen and John, Karen and John, Nigel and Jo, Keiron and Lexi, Lisa and Paul. celebration of Barry’s life which will be held in the Makarewa Country Club Pomona Road Makarewa on Wednesday 8 th August at 2pm.

THOMSON, Lena Murray (Skippy) (nee Sheppard).
Peacefully, on August 7, 2018, at Clutha Health First, surrounded by her loving family; in her 88th year. Dearly loved wife of the late William (Bill), loved mother and mother-in-law of David* and Rosemary, Neville (Noddy) and Trish, Geoffrey (Geoff), Stephen (Shorty) and Jo, a dearly loved and adored Nana of Carleen and Craig, Janalle and Hayden, Bryn*, Bevan and Marie, Nathan and Shannon, Jodie and Leon, Tim and Danielle, Laura and Tony, Nicole, Olivia and Kyle, a special friend to Marnie and Brad, and Deborah. Treasured little Nan to all her great-grandchildren. Special thanks to all the doctors and staff at Clutha Health First for their wonderful care of Lena over the years. A celebration of Lena’s life will be held on Friday, August 10, at 1.30pm, in St Andrews Presbyterian Church, Balclutha, then leaving for the Balclutha Lawn Cemetery.
