Passed away suddenly on April 20, 2020 doing what he loved working on the farm; in his 79th year. Son of the late Herald and Ena Buchanan. Loved and respected partner of Emery. Loved father and father-in-law of Stephen and Jacki, Garry and Sheryl, Carmen, Claudine, Susann, Elan and Andrew. Loved grandad of Craig, Abbey, Rebecca; Mark, Paul, Tracey; Kayla, Tanesha, Allanah, Hylam; Milani;and poppa of Joseph. and great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren. McKENNA, Jessie Lindsay (nee Campbell):
Passed away on April 17, 2020, peacefully at her home in Balclutha, aged 85 years. Much loved Mum to Anne (Christchurch) and Sean (Invercargill), cherished Aunty to Donald, Lachlin, Cheryl and Lynnette. ‘The Knicker Lady’ to some, a fun and cheerful friend to many. Special thanks to Jessie’s Access carers. Due to government restrictions, a private cremation for Jessie has been held. A memorial to celebrate Jessie’s life will be announced at a later date. Peacefully, at home on Saturday, 18 April 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer, aged 71 years.  Dearly loved Partner of Sharon Ferguson.  Loved Dad of his two daughters, Karen and Jane. HARDY, Patricia Margaret:
Of Invercargill, and previously of Wellington.  Died peacefully at Southland Hospital on Saturday 18 April 2020 after a short illness.  Eldest daughter of *Tom and *Margaret Hardy.  Beloved sister of Maire and *Jack Pasco, *Bernard, Molly and *Des O’Neill, and also by her nieces and nephews: Brenda Pasco-Sullivan, Mark, *Leon and Julie Pasco; Lynley Irvine, Stephanie Madden – and their families.  Deeply treasured friend to many all around the world.  After a long and wonderful life – 90 years young. RENDALL, Geoffery Anthony:
Passed away peacefully at Windsor Park Care Home, Gore, on Monday, April 20, 2020, aged 65 years. Dearly loved son of the late John (Charlie) and Helen (Gore), much loved brother and brother-in-law of Margaret and the late Ray Cooney (Brydone), John and the late Pamela Rendall (Dunedin), the late Bernadine and Bill Knowles (Gore), and the late Carmel and Noel Cunningham (Invercargill), and loved and missed by all his nieces and nephews. A private interment at Gore Cemetery will be held and a memorial Mass at a later date following the lifting of Covid19 restrictions. Of 89 Newington Avenue, Maori Hill, Dunedin. On April 20, 2020, at the Otago Community Hospice with Bill at her side; aged 71 years. Treasured wife of Bill, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Peter and Sarah (U.K.), Jennifer and Terry (Auckland), loving Grandma of Daniel; Samantha, and Cooper, loved sister and sister-in-law of Ian and Gillian Williamson and the late John and Carolyn Williamson. THOMSON, Keith Alan:
16.7.1938 – 16.4.2020
Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 16, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer, aged 81. Dearly loved husband of Marlene. Loving father and  father-in-law of Susan and Brendon Brice (Australia), Lincoln and Amanda (Te Anau), and Fiona (Australia). Loved Grandad of James, Anna, Shelby, Lucas. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Bob* and Martha, Noeline and Duncan* McGregor and brother-in-law  of Athol* and Heather* Alsweiler. Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews and adored by all his furry friends. The family wish to thank Hospice Southland, Tuatapere Medical Centre and District Nurses and the Tuatapere Ambulance Service. Special thanks to Amanda, Jane, Helen, and great friend Shona – you were all amazing. Due to the current restrictions a private burial has been held.
