COSGROVE, James Conway (Jim). Passed away peacefully in the special care of the staff of Rose Lodge, Invercargill on Tuesday, 16 July 2019. Husband of the late Mona, loved father of the late Kevin, Barry, and Alan, loved grandad of Wade, Hayley, and Jenna, a much loved brother, cousin, uncle, and friend of many. In accordance with Jim’s wishes a private cremation has been held. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held at the Bluff Fire Station, Liffey Street, Bluff, on Saturday, 27 July at 1.30pm. Peacefully on July 12, 2019, at Charles Upham Retirement Village, Rangiora, aged 88 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ernest Edge, loved mother of Kevin, Grant, Craig, and Diane, and mother-in-law of Marion, Robyn, and Nicholas, loved nana of David, Sam, Tom, Joel, Suzannah, Lachlan, Angus, Thomas, and Amy, and a loved great-nana of Russell, Arthur, William, and Tessa. FARMER, Rosemary Charlotte. 30.8.1946 – 28.5.2019
Dearly loved by her husband Bruce Douglas Farmer and their children Margaret Farmer, Elizabeth Hunter, Bridget Farmer, Victoria Farmer and Brian Farmer; sons-in-law Wayne Ng and Craig Hunter; grandchildren Halcyon Farmer, Samuel, Benjamin and Daniel Hunter, Simon and Sasha Phillips. Loved daughter of Patricia and the late Rex Taigel, loved sister and sister-in-law of Richard and Lesley-Anne Gross, Greg and Barbara Taigel, Anne-Louise and Roger Sweeney and their families. Rosemary was strong, graceful, tenacious and loving in her professional and family life. She is missed by a wide circle of family and friends near and far, she nurtured her family and built community whilst moving homes many times in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, South Africa and the United States. Her guiding philosophy was “Bloom where you are planted.” A memorial service to celebrate Rosemary’s life will be held in Glenorchy Hall, Mull Street, on Tuesday, July 23, at 11.00am, followed by interment in Glenorchy Cemetery.

We sincerely wish to thank everyone for the amazing support, love and kindness shown to us during her illness and since her passing.
