Organisers say the combination of indoor and outdoor stalls will create one of the biggest festive shopping days of the season.

“With warm summer vibes and a packed line-up of makers both inside and outside, it’s shaping up to be a fantastic day for the whole family and a great way to kick-start Christmas shopping,” organisers said.

The market is free to attend and designed as a relaxed, family-friendly event in the city centre.

Inside Invercargill Central, the Christmas spirit continues with Day 3 of the "12 Days of Christmas" celebration. Families are invited to search for Jingle the reindeer hiding in one of the stores, with correct guesses going into a draw to win a mystery-value gift voucher.

Santa photos are also returning this weekend, though sessions are booking fast. Families are encouraged to book early to avoid missing out, using the online link: https://bit.ly/mlpsanta25.
