Bed Bath & Beyond Invercargill has moved to its new HOME and will be opening its doors to the public at 9am on Thursday morning (July 2).

The upgraded store has moved from its original Leven Street base to occupying the Finance Now building - a more spacious 570sqm site almost a third of the size bigger.

Bed Bath & Beyond HOME Invercargill joins others around the South Island including Queenstown and Dunedin, to now offer the full spectrum of products, including furniture and an exclusive range of mirrors.

South Island regional manager Mandy Saunders said the Invercargill story began 16 years ago, and the store was well overdue for a bigger space.

“It brings a fresh whole new look to the store.  People can expect a big ‘wow’ factor when they walk in the door.”

As a specialised retailer dedicated to linen, manchester and home essentials, the range includes everything from sheets, duvet covers, pillows and towels to home décor, kitchenware, furniture, outdoor living and everyday essentials for the whole family.

For its opening sale, the entire store will have 50 percent off right through until Sunday, and for the grand opening on Thursday there will be free gifts for customers with every purchase over $50 while stocks last.

Let the staff treat you to a nice candle or aroma-botanical soap to go with your purchase, and this coming Saturday, customers will also enjoy a complimentary fresh coffee once they have made a purchase in store.

Mandy said the company has been actively marketing the Invercargill opening to the wider community, through mail drops in letter boxes around the suburbs and rural areas.

Come in and see the impressive range of furniture now available, which staff can order from its national warehouse to suit.

Let the winter party in the south begin!
