Barluca Power Cut Didn’t Stop Patrons Enjoying The Night
Early this Friday morning, young patrons still enjoying their Thursday night at Barluca were struck by a surprise around 12:50am when the power was cut off.
For most people it was a bit of fun and they carried on with the night, even turning to their own singing to keep the night going.
“People were laughing, singing and just carrying on with the night”
For safety reasons Barluca staff asked everyone to leave the building which led to most getting into a taxi and heading back home.
Although to those who waited outside – the power was back on at around 1:10am. Patrons were soon back inside and finished enjoying the rest of their night.
The power cut lasted around 20 minutes. The cause of the brief power cut is unknown.
