Hospice Southland is so grateful for all of the businesses throughout the province and Wakatipu that have donated prizes for its annual fundraising raffle.
Admin assistant Cindy Hyde said as an organisation needing to raise over $4 million annually to provide palliative care for those with life-limiting conditions, the money would go a long way to helping with daily operations.
This year’s $6000 prize package was aimed at making the lucky winners summer a real treat, and includes $1000 grocery vouchers, $500 fuel vouchers, a family tent and 4 Burner bbq, paddle board as well as a family passes for the Kingston Flyer, Glow worm Caves. There were also bbq tools and a scooter and helmet.
“We really need to thank the amazing local businesses throughout the Southland and Wakatipu regions that have donated prizes and their time to allow us to make this raffle happen.
