Grab your togs and celebrate the start to summer with family time at the Woodlands Swimming Pool and Recreation Charitable Trust, Pool Party Carnival. Sunday 27th November from 11am-2pm at the Woodlands School grounds and Community Pool. A family day out not to be missed with a Coffee and Food Cart, Chocolate Wheel, Spot Prizes, Raffles and Childrens Activities. Gold coin donation entry.

Pool Trust Chairperson Craig Hamilton states “We are thrilled at having the ability to provide a heated swimming pool for our wider community to enjoy and also enables the pool to be open for a longer season.

The maintenance and management of the pool is all undertaken by a dedicated group of volunteers from the community, and we undertake multiple fundraisers throughout the year to help keep operations of the pool financially viable.

The pool is primarily used by the children of Woodlands Full Primary School for swimming lessons and is also open to the wider community through the sale of pool keys at $75 for the season which started Labour weekend and will run right through until Easter 2023.”
