Peacefully surrounded by his loving family, at Ascot Bupa on Sunday, June 2. 2024. Aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Frances. Loved father and father-in-law of Chris and Janice, Terry and Juliette, Karyn and John. Fun loving Grandad to Ryan and Craig; Samantha and Krystal; Liza, Bradley, and Olivia and a Great-Grandad of Archie. A dear friend to Nigel. A Loved brother and brother-in-law of Nancy and Neville Horton, Roger and Elaine Birch, Neil* and Shona Birch, Brian Birch and Allan Biggs. Loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews. CRUMP, Sarah Joy:
After a courageous battle, and in the beautiful care of dedicated staff at Hospice Southland, Sarah passed away on Saturday June 1st, 2024. Aged 43 years. Deeply loved and treasured, daughter of Gordon and Joan. Loved sister of Euan (Redan), and Fiona (Nelson). Loved niece and cousin of Alan* and Dorothy* Crump, Jim and Dorothy McFadzien, Colin and Margaret Crump, Ron; Owen and Lynne; Des and Janet Brewster and their families. Following a private family burial, a service in memory of Sarah, will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr. Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 2.00pm, on Thursday June 6th. GUISE, Margaret Fay “Peggy” (nee Watkinson):

A loved sister, aunty, and friend. A service to celebrate Peggy’s life will be held in the Riverton R.S.A, 141 Palmerston Street Riverton on Friday 7 June at 1.00pm, interment to follow at the Riverton Cemetery. Of Invercargill, formerly Winton. Passed peacefully with family by her side at Rowena Jackson on Friday 31 May aged 93. Dearly loved wife of Kevin for 67 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Bede, Vincent, Gerard, Josepha and Paul Bremer, and Mark. Adored Nana of Gabrielle, Michelle, Anastasia and Jonny, Briar, Ché, and Asher. Adoring Great-Nana of Billy Catto. A much loved sister and sister-in-law, and loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews.

WARDS, Jan (nee O’Connor):
If you are reading this, I am gone!! On Saturday 1st June, 2024, Jan passed away in the care of Hospice Southland. Soulmate of Murray, a proud Mum of her two children, Cody Wards and his wife Sarah, Nina de Malmanche and her husband Lance. Loving Nana of Axle, Miles, Casey, and Ricky, loving step Nana of Holly, Taryn, Lauren, and Ashton. Jan was proud of all their achievements. A farewell for Jan with lots of laughter, and memories will be held on Thursday 6th June, 2024 at 2pm in the Mataura RSA, 49 River Street, Mataura. The family would like to thank the Hospice Southland, doctors, and nurses for their incredible devotion to making Jan’s last days as comfortable as possible. A private cremation has been held.
