A service to celebrate John’s life will be held at The Terrace Primary School, 46 Marslin Street, Alexandra, on Friday, August 30, at 4.00pm. Family warmly invite you to join them for a smidgen at the Alexandra Golf Club, State Highway 8 thereafter. Followed by private cremation. After a short battle, slipped away quietly at home with family, Queenstown, on Monday, August 26, 2024, aged 80 years. Loved husband of the late Rosslyn, loved Dad and father-in-law of Julie and Lyndsay, Stephen and Olwyn, Wayne and the late Tricia, and loved Pop of Rebecca, William, and Oliver; Alex, and Hollie; and great-grandchildren Parker, Isla, and Madeline. A celebration of Alistair’s life will be held at St Margaret’s Presbyterian Church, Ross Street, Frankton, on Saturday, August 31, at 1.30pm, private cremation to follow.
