Peacefully on Sunday December 24, 2023, at Peacehaven Care Home, Invercargill, aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife and friend of the late Bill for 65 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of William and Susan, Barbara and Rob Terry, Robert and Vicki, Russell and Raylene. Much loved Grandma and Great Grandma. A big thank you to the great staff at Peacehaven who cared for mum so well. A service for Rowena will be held at J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Cnr. Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 1-30pm on Friday December 29 followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance may be left at the service. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Southland Hospital, on Wednesday 20 December 2023. Aged 76 years. Loving husband of Karen. Dearly loved father and father in-law of Maree, and Paula and Baz Reynolds. Much loved and amazing Grandad of Aimee and Brad. Special great grandad of Zaylee, and Clay. A dearly loved brother, uncle and treasured friend of many.

Unexpectedly at Calvary Hospital with her family by her side on Christmas Day. Beloved wife of Kevin* and loved mother and mother-in-law of Paul & Donna, Chris & Cathy, Karen & Rick McRae-Field, and Brian & Monique Morton. Adored Nana of Lachie, Alex, Emma, Kate, Tori, Hannah, Maddy, Jessica, Carmen, and Great Nana of Ivy, Ada, and Etta. A service to celebrate Yvonne’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street on Friday, 29th December at 2:30pm. The service will conclude with the burial at the Eastern Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hawthorndale Care Village would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
