COOPER, Keith Robert:
On Sunday July 21st 2024, peacefully in his sleep at home in his 81st year. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Mary for 55 years. Much loved Dad to Garry and Mel, Bradley (Aus), James and Krystina (UK), Stefan and Sally. Cherished ‘Grumps’ to Rylan and Bayden, Eloise, Riven and Jack, George, Emilee, William and Stella. Keith will be missed by his two sisters and brother-in-law, Margaret and Gary, and Janice and brother to the late Jim. A service to celebrate Keith’s life will be held at The Hideaway 201, 201 Lochiel Branxholme Road at 1.00pm on Thursday 25th July followed by a private interment. In lieu of flowers, Mary please asks for donations to be made to Borland Lodge Education Trust – a place Keith was incredibly passionate about. DENNIS, Donald:
Passed away peacefully in Dunedin Hospital on July 18, 2024 following an accident. Loved father and father in-law of Janine and Richard Cruickshank, Shaun and Grace, Aaron, Sandra and Cain Braithwaite and loved grandad to Calib, Declan, Finn and Roland. Loved brother and foster brother of Maryann Little and the late Bryan and Lawrence. A memorial service for Barry will be held at the Kew Bowling Club, 20 McQuarrie St, Invercargill on Thursday, August 1 2024 at 1.30pm. The family would like to thank the Neurological and Medical staff at Dunedin hospital for their care and compassion towards Barry over the last couple of weeks. At Christchurch, on July 20. Formerly of Tuatapere. Aged 93. Dearly loved wife of the late Dick. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Susan and John, Helen and Warren, and John and Merryn. Loving nana of Greta, Matt and Ella, and Eleanor and Elizabeth; and great-grandmother of Maisie. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Stewart* and Mary*, Alan* and Pauline, and Bruce* and Isla*; and Bill*, Avis and Sid*, Joe and Janice, and Ronald and Dianne. Peacefully at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village, Invercargill. Dearly loved husband of Dorothy for 68 years. Respected father and friend of Wayne, Trev, Craig, and Gary. Loved father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather of his extended family. As per Keith’s wishes a private family service has been held. A celebration of Keith’s life will be held at Global Byte café (150 Dee St) on Friday 26 July at 4 pm, All welcome.
