Passed away peacefully with her husband at her side, on 15th January 2024, aged 71 years. Adored wife of Phil for 50 years. Devoted, caring and very proud mother and mother-in-law of Dion and Sarah, Lucia, Julian and Adrienne. Granny to her gorgeous grandchildren, Noah and Finn, Jack and Grace. Loved sister of Bernadette* and Stewart Bolger, Lawrence and Sandra Goodson, Angela and Dave Darch, and Gerard Goodson and sister-in-law of Lynley and Stuart, Alison and Ian, Terry, Michael and Margaret, Murray and Nid. Loving Aunty to all her neices and nephews. We would like to thank the staff at Southland Hospital and Hospice for their loving care of Mum, with special thanks to Alisha and Emma. A service to celebrate Veronica’s life is to be held at St Theresa of Lisieux Church, Perth Street, Invercargill, on Thursday 18th January at 1.30pm. Followed by a private burial. After a short illness, Alan passed away on Sunday 14th January 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Gail for 51 years. Loved and cherished father and father in law of Lance and Belinda (USA), and Natalie and Daniel Rosel. Treasured and adored Poppy of Vanessa, Faith, Mya, Stephanie and Phoenix, and great Poppy to Eli, Arlo, TeAria and Naveah. Alan was a loved brother, brother in law and Uncle. Family wish to sincerely thank the staff of Southland Hospital Medical Ward for their care and compassion of Alan and his family.
