Passed away peacefully on Monday, June 12, 2023, surrounded by her family at Parata Residence. In her 91st year. Loving wife and friend of the late George for 69 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Bob and Pauline, Stephen and Jane (Gore), Gary and Annette (Invercargill), and loved grandmother of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A loved sister, sister-in-law, and Aunty of all her nieces and nephews. GAULDIE, Andrew Glen (Andy):
Peacefully at home on Tuesday, 13th June 2023, aged 84 years. Formerly of Waipahi passed peacefully at Elmslie Home, Wanaka on June 9, 2023, aged 97. Dearly beloved husband of the late Ellie. Adored father and father-in-law of Peter and Beth, David and Gaynor, Bill and Lyn, Helen and Mike and the late Matthew, treasured Grandad to his 13 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. RICHARDSON, Alan Douglas:
Passed away peacefully with his wife beside him, after a courageous battle with illness; at Rowena Jackson Care Village on 11 June, 2023. In his 81st year. Cherished husband and friend of Lauris Richardson and former husband of Rose Greenman (Wellington). Much loved father and father-in-law of Alice Richardson and Peter Young (Canberra) and Julian and Natalie Richardson (Maryland USA). Treasured grandfather of Olivia, Miranda, Louisa and Samuel. Loved brother and brother in law of the late William and the late Janet Richardson. Much loved uncle of Diana and Kevin Harnett, Michael Richardson, Ashley and Elisa Kirk, Alison Greenman and Jason Hannett, Fiona Greenman, and Jennifer Greenman. Grateful thanks go to the Rowena Jackson staff for the excellent care they gave Alan over the past three years. A service for Alan will be held in First Presbyterian Church, Tay Street, Invercargill at 11.00am on Friday 16 June, followed by a private cremation. Peacefully after her courageous battle, on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Windsor Park Care Home, aged 68 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Amanda, Adam and Majken, much loved Nana to all her grandchildren and great-grandchild. Loved sister and Aunty of all her siblings, nieces, and nephews. Loved daughter of the late John and Alice Hand.
