Passed away peacefully at Calvary Rest Home, on 25th December 2022 , Aged 82 years.
A life well lived, a woman of faith and love.
Dearly loved by all her family. Loved sister of Elizabeth* and Ray Anderson, and Norman and Barbara Andrews (Te Anau). Special Aunt to Bernie, Rodger, and John and to all the Pope family. Great aunt and adopted aunt to many. Shirley will be dearly missed. MOORE, Kathleen Faye “Faye”:
It is with much sadness the we announce the passing of our beautiful Faye on Sunday 8 January 2023, aged 83. Eldest daughter of George Reko* and Elizabeth Mary (Molly)* Amos. A dearly loved and respected sister of Aileen* and Doug* MacNaught, and adored “Fazey Wazey” of her youngest sister Lorraine “Bugsy” and John* White (Mataura). Loving wife to Colin* and loving mother to Stewart and Veronika (Berlin, Germany). Dearly loved Mum of Fi and Andrew Smith (Invercargill), and cherished Nana Faye of James, George, and Tom. Much loved Aunty Faye to all her nieces and nephews. As per Faye’s wishes a private farewell will be held on Friday 13 January. Until then, Faye is resting in the special care of J Fraser & Sons, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. An open Committal Service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday 1 March at Mataura Cemetery where her ashes will be interred.
