Peacefully, at Windsor Park Care Home, on Sunday, June 4, 2023, aged 92 years. Loved wife of the late Alan, mother and mother-in-law of Russell and Anne (Roxburgh), Dorothy and Ron Noordijk (Ruby Bay), Murray and Jan (Waimumu), Gordon (Gore), the late Keith, Heather and Peter Whelan (Waverley), Jennifer (Auckland), Raewyn and Bruce Rosie (Pauanui), the late Peter and Frances, loved Grandma of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and loved Aunty of all her nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be held at the Calvin Community Church, 25 Roberston Street, Gore, on Thursday, June 8, at 11.00am, followed by refreshments before the interment at Mataura Cemetery. Passed away peacefully, after a short illness, on Friday, June 2, 2023, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Junie*. Loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Paula, Tony and Helen, Jane*, Dean and Stacey, and Angela (Missy) and Andy. Adored Grandad and Great-Grandad to Kelly, Rachael, Bliss and Flo, Natasha and Ash, Anastasia and Sam, Lachlan, Arielle and Raquel. A wonderful brother and brother-in-law to Harold* and Dawn, Kathleen* and Brian* Ramage, Bill* and Eva Boyer. Much loved Uncle Ron to all his nieces and nephews. Ron’s family would like to acknowledge his wonderful, caring neighbours and thank the amazing teams at Good Partners, The Cleaning Ladies, as well as the medical team at Southland Hospital.
