GILES, Sheila: (20 March 1957 – 5 October 2023)
Sheila Giles, born in Newcastle, England, on 20 March 1957, passed away on 5 October 2023, at Clare House in Invercargill. She was a talented Architectural Draftswoman, devoted to her late husband David Giles. Sheila is survived by her sister Eileen, stepchildren, family, and friends. She had a passion for motorcycles, yachts, boat building, and a sweet tooth for chocolate and sweet treats. KERERU, Olive Glenise (nee Munro): died 6 October 2023.
Dearly loved wife of the late Dinby (Hitler) Kereru, mother to Stuart and Keri, Brent and the late Diane; grandmother to Alesha, Quintin Carin, Gerrard, Dinby, Hana-Lee, Jade, Naeri and all her great grandchildren. A service to celebrate Olive’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street on Tuesday, 10th October at 1:00pm, the service will conclude with the interment at the Eastern Cemetery. Trish passed away peacefully in the care of Perriam Wing, Clare House, Invercargill, on Sunday, October 8, 2023. In her 70th year. Loved wife of Ken for 50 years. Much loved Mum of Brendon and Carolyn (Blenheim) and Paula and Craig Anderson (Orawia) and the late Jason. Devoted Nan of Ben and Hayden; Jake and Libby.
