Peacefully passed away at the Southland Hospital on Monday 5th February 2024, aged 73 years. Loved wife to Raymond. A devoted and loving mother of Tania. A loving Stepmother of Shelly, and Brenda. A cherished sister of Dennis, George, Florence*, and Susan (Sue) Collie. A proud Aunty to all her nephews and nieces.

FROST, Anthony (Tony) PTE, 2nd Regiment Malaya 1959-61 10th Platoon, D-Company.
On Sunday 4th February, 2024, Tony passed surrounded by family after a short illness. Beloved husband of Lina Frost (Nee Key) loved father and father in-law of Rae and Ken Maher (Invercargill), Sau and Raymond Hughes (Samoa), Key and Catherine Frost (Invercargill), and Harry Frost (Perth). Beloved grandfather of Joshua Ryan-Frost, Jordan Maher, Chelsea McLoughlin, Grayson Hughes, Kieran McLoughlin, Austin Hughes, Sam Maher, and Cassidy Hughes. Beloved great-grandfather of Ida and Violet Frost and Ellie and Parker McLoughlin. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Anthony (Tony) Frost will be held on Friday 9th February 2024 at 1:30 pm, at J Fraser & Sons, Corner of Esk & Doon Streets. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St John’s Ambulance would be much appreciated. Beloved brother of (late) David and Joyce Frost, (late) Harry and Eileen Frost, Tele and (late) Gene Hill, Arieta and John Kerr, Joseph and Roseta Frost, Ioata Apela, Pau and Tangi Frost, Afaatia and (late) Meki Tupua. Beloved Uncle of Katrina, Roger and Harry Frost, Odette Frost, Michelle Hunt and Noanoa Wolfgramm (late) Joy, Aaron, Gavin, Neal and Kristi Kerr Jeffrey and Danielle Apela.
McCULLOUGH, Heather Lynn (nee Vickers):
After a long illness, Heather passed away peacefully at Rowena Jackson on Tuesday 6th February 2024, in her 70th year. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Jane and Rob, and Paul and Charlotte. Dearly loved Nan of Elliot, Claudia, Levi and Mia. Loved wife of Graham. Loved sister and sister in law of Judith and Don, and Christine and Wayne. Cherished Aunty of all her nieces and nephews. Family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Rowena Jackson, Salisbury Wing for their kindness and care of Heather. In lieu of flowers donations to MS and Parkinsons Southland would be greatly appreciated and can be left at her service. A farewell for Heather will be held on Monday 12th February 2024, 10am in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. A private cremation will follow. Passed away peacefully on Monday 5th of February 2024, surrounded by love. Loyal wife and friend to Danny, beloved mother to Danielle, Sallie and Daniel, adored by her moko Neve, Mako and Zion and best friend and partner to Eddie Palmer.
“She was the strongest woman we all knew. She was our daughter, sister, mother, nana, aunty, partner and friend”.
Jackie/Bucky/Mum/Nana/Bub will lie in state at Danny’s until Friday. A service to celebrate her life will be held in the Southland Crematorium, Rockdale Road Invercargill, on Friday 9 February at 1.30pm, followed by Kai at our local The Glengarry.
