DOYLE, Judith Ann (nee Pay):
Peacefully and after a long battle with Dementia Judy passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday 30th April at Clare House in Waikiwi, Invercargill. A much-loved wife and partner in life of John of 57 years, cherished mother to Lisa & Jon, and mother-in-law to Megan, much loved Grandmother to Cole, Maddy, Jax, Zara and Georgia. Special aunty to Gordy & Stef. As per Mum’s wishes a private cremation has taken place already, but we welcome you to join us at a celebration of Mum’s life to be held this Saturday, April 4th at 11 am, Ascot Park Hotel-Invercargill in the Mararoa room where you are invited to share your memories and reconnect with old friends over morning tea. In lieu of flowers for the family, we would love it if you made a donation to Alzheimer’s Society Southland Incorporated, 135 Yarrow Street, or in the cash donation box at the service to help with ongoing research & support for this devastating disease. Finally reunited now with Phylis and Alf, and much-loved family members of Frank & Duke. We know you will be looking down on us and finally free Mum. May the sun always be at your back and the warm Central Otago breeze on your face. Messages may be left on Judy’s tribute page at distinctfunerals.co.nz
