KIRKER, Lindsay:
07.07.1951 – 23.05.2024
Jodi, Clint and Katt, Ashton, Dane and Trent would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to those who showed love and support during Dad’s last days and afterwards. When our world was shattered so soon after Mum, the outpouring of support through visits, cards, flowers, food, phone calls, texts, social media and online messages from near and far and everyone who attended Lindsay’s unexpected multiple services, many traveling great distances, it was and still is truly appreciated. A special thanks to Haidee and her team at Hospice Southland and the Southland Hospital staff who cared for Lindsay. To Ross and Lynley for once again assisting us. Giving Lindsay the send-off he deserved, making us laugh in a time when there were many tears. To Hamish and the J Fraser and Sons team for your extended care. This all meant a lot and we are beyond words grateful. Jodi would also like to extend a huge heartfelt thanks to Clint, Katt and boys, Joe and Hilary, many extended family, St John, Helicopter, and Southland Hospital staff for the care given to her when things didn’t go to plan.
The world changes from year to year,
Our lives from day to day,
But the love and memory of you
Shall never pass away.
To all of you – please accept this as an acknowledgement from all of us.

LEITH, Isabel:
24.10.1945 – 15.08.2023
One year without our much loved wife, mum, nana, and great-nana.
Colin, Craig, Nigel and families also wish to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love and support when Isabel suddenly passed last year. Your kindness shown through visits, calls, messages, food and flowers was much appreciated and was testament to what Isabel meant to so many. Special thanks to the Kent family for your prompt action, the first responders, ambulance, emergency department and ICU staff for allowing us to spend the last few hours with mum and say our goodbyes. A heartfelt thank you to Betty Fox for her lovely service and to the staff at J Fraser and Sons for their exceptional care of Isabel. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement of thanks from us all.
