CHAMPION, Mark:
11.12.1969 – 6.9.2023 After an argument with cancer Mark slipped away at home in Dunedin surrounded by his loved ones. Loved and cherished husband and partner in life of Catherine (nee Smith). Precious son of Sue and the late Alan Champion . Loved son-in-law of Faye and Graham Jones. Brother and brother in-law of Lisa and Bevan Wilson, Julie and Lyndon Copeland, Pauline and Brett Jenkins, and Shona. Much loved Uncle and Great-Uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Our beloved Mum fell off her perch surrounded by her family on Thursday 7th September 2023 in the care of the amazing staff at Clare House, aged 83 years. Loving wife of the late Ray and dearly loved Mum of Kathy and Rod, Jan Devery, and Tracy and Malcolm Pearce. Special Nan of her grandchildren, Angie, Adam, Jills, Shay, Terryl; Megan, and Kieran and was the special GG to her great-grandchildren. A dearly loved Aunty Val of Robyn, Kathryn, and Jackie and special friend of Megan. Chappie Raroa, loved sister of Dallas and Sarah, Aaron and Jodie, Michelle*, and Jason*. Cindi is a much loved niece, cousin and loved aunty of her nieces and nephews. Her beloved animals are lost. Special thanks to Dr John Schollom, Dr Tracy Putt, Linda and the team at dialysis unit Dunedin for their care of Cindi over the years. Also special thanks to Dr Peter Finlayson.

Beloved wife of the late Ian Alisdair Robertson; loved mother of Broughton and Jenny, Melanie, David and Rewa, Michael and Stephanie, Tim and Nami; dearly loved grandmother of Hannah and John, Thomas and Ellama, Hamish, Charlotte, William and Melissa, Patrick, Sasha, Connor, Natasha and Luka; and much loved great-grandmother of Olivia.
