Peacefully slipped away at Parata Rest Home Gore, with his loving family by his side, on September 6, 2024, aged 91 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of the late Noeline for 68 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Peter (Rolleston), Barry and Julie (Waikaka Valley), Linda and Peter Rhodes (Timaru), much loved Grandad of Fiona and William Leith, Nicola and Ashley Muir, Lisa and Roy Gibson; Michael and Ayumi, Bevan and Joy Rhodes. Special Great Grandad of Charlotte, Emma, Max, Taylor, Isaac, Emilia and James. A service to celebrate Bill’s life will be held at St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Ardwick Street, Gore, on Wednesday September 11, at 1.00pm, private cremation to follow. FOLWER, Fay:
Tom, Adair and Paul, Stuart and Wendy and their families would like to sincerely thank all who supported them following the recent passing of Fay, on July 14. Thank you to those who made phone calls and popped in to visit, and those who sent cards and brought food. This was very much appreciated. We also acknowledge Diane and her team at Longwood Care Home in Riverton. Thank you all for the care and support you gave Mum over the years. Our thanks to the Western Southland Floral Art Club for the beautiful flowers they provided for Fay's funeral service. Many thanks also to the church ladies who provided the lovely afternoon tea. Thank you to Dave and the team Winton and Districts Funeral Services for their guidance and support. We also would like to thank Celebrant John Munro for his compassion and care during this time. Please accept this as our personal thanks.

MCDONALD, Joan:
Joan's family wish to sincerely thank all those who supported us by sending flowers, food, letters and cards during the loss of our special Mum and Nana. Thank you to all those who attended the funeral service and helped celebrate the life of someone very dear to us. Special thank you to J Fraser's especially Hamish for his support and Lynley McKerrow for her moving service for Joan. Thank you to Peacehaven for their care of Joan especially in her last week.
